Otto was absolutely amazing! We had just bought our home and the dryer had very clearly never had the vents cleaned out. He went above and beyond to get our dryer back to working order and to restore air flow. He could’ve easily said it was a dryer problem and we needed to fix it but he problem solved and found a solution and we could not be more happy.
